I'm still actively looking for people who want to trade off their USED
Belgian:

1) Parcel post stamps (railway / chemin de fer / spoorwegen)
2) Newspaper stamps (overprinted parcel post)
3) Official stamps (overprinted definitives)
4) Military stamps (overprinted definitives)
5) Express stamps
6) Bagages Reisgoed overprints
7) Regular Belgian stamps with RR cancels
8) Waybills, invoices, papers, etc. with RR / parcel stamps on them.
9) Insurance stamps with RR cancels on them or used on waybills.

A) Belgian railroad related information / ephemera (special deal for

Why am I asking for these?

I am working on expanding the Jones / Geake study of the Belgian Study
Group in the U.K. This will include a free, online database of all of
my materials to view.

I have many thousands (50,000 - 100,000) of decent, different Pre -
1960 WW / US for trade. I can offer at least a 2:1 or 3:1 trade,
depending on the size / quality of the trade. That's 2 or 3 of mine
to 1 of yours. The better the quality, the more I'll offer.

I've done many trades to date and all parties were happy with the
trades - according to the information I have received.

I have quite a few Germany and German WWII occupation, Western Europe,
French & Portuguese Colonies and 1000s more.

Any Belgian RR higher CV issues (there are some) could be handled on a
per item basis.

Please, no less than 25 per trade (unless high CV) - the more, the
merrier! No damaged stamps, except for minor damage issues.

Last of all, please don't send any stamps until you contact me. This
is supposed to be an equitable trade and I want to make sure we both
are satisfied.

Hello,

I am not interested in trading as I am collecting and researching these
railway stamps and cancels myself. But I am interested in helping you
expanding the study. We can "trade" scans ;). I have thousands of these
railway parcel stamps (separate and on document); even lots yet unsorted.

I currently have limited time to spend on my stamp collections (due to
my job) but I'll do my best. I have planned a free online database
myself already for a long time but it is still stuck in concept phase...
:(. Somewhere in my computer folders "archive" I have some own studies,
data models for a database, cancel type categorization information, etc.
I have to sort these things out too...

Besides the Jones study of 2003, I also have several studies in the
Flemish language about these cancels. Last week I ordered a new study
about the mechanical railway cancels. Even if I don't do anything yet
with it, I want my library expanded for further study in the future.
